How do I make the most of my 7 Mile Island Massage experience?
Before the arrival of our therapists, we suggest securing a calm and quiet spot in your home for your massage. Alert family members of your appointment and your need for privacy. Our therapist will need space for the massage table and room to maneuver around the table (ideally at least 5×10 feet). We recommend setting aside your phone and any other distractions for the duration of your massage. After your treatment, make an extra effort to keep hydrated as this will help to flush out the toxins released during your massage. Keep your muscles warm and think relaxing thoughts about your next massage!
What do I wear?
Dress comfortably. We suggest a robe or a wrap and a pair of slippers. During all treatments your body will be fully draped except for the area being worked on in order to protect your modesty.
What massage oil/lotion do you use?
We bring our massage lotion to you. We opt for a lotion rather than an oil so you won’t feel greasy after your massage, and you won’t have to worry about oil transferring stains on your clothes. Our lotion is a hypoallergenic sensitive skin formula which contains no alcohol, mineral oil or strong fragrances, and it’s paraben and cruelty free too!
Should pregnant women have massages?
Yes, massages can be deeply soothing during pregnancy. We can accommodate pregnant women in their second or even third trimesters. Contact us at 609-425-1890 or by email to make the arrangements.
Do you offer couples massages?
Yes, we welcome couples massage requests. Advance booking recommended. Contact us at 609-425-1890 or by email to make the arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
We appreciate your understanding and co-operation of our 24 hour Cancellation Policy. If you have booked a treatment(s) and need to cancel or make any changes to your booking(s), you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at full value. For group bookings of three or more massages, a 50% nonrefundable deposit by credit card is required and cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance.
