All sessions will be tailored to the client's goals and level of experience. Use the one-on-one time to deepen your yoga practice and experience a new level of freedom in the body. Vinyasa Yoga links movement with breath to work on bringing the mind, body, and spirit into union. Kundalini yoga, called the yoga of awareness, focuses on raising the energy stored at the base of the spine up through the chakra system with simple postures, dynamic breathing techniques and mantra. This combination works effectively to bring the mind into a meditative state.
