Nikolas started 7 Mile Island Massage in the summer of 2001 upon graduation from the Utah College of Massage Therapy, one of the country’s premier massage therapy schools. Now in his 17th year as owner and therapist, Nikolas brings a wealth of knowledge and skill into each session to provide his clients with the best possible experience. Nikolas has completed the Master Bodyworker program at the Utah College of Massage Therapy providing him with a more advanced multidisciplinary approach to bodywork; an approach focused on advanced deep tissue techniques, sports injury management and rehabilitative protocols. With the addition of his nursing degree, Nikolas is now one of the most qualified therapists in the country. Nikolas is also a photographer in his spare time. Fondly known in the Seven Mile Island community as “Nature Nik” his photographs and videos of dolphins and other Jersey wildlife may be found through the social media links below.
Rita Lynn Lyman
Since 2007, Rita Lynn Lyman has specialized in focused, yoga-based massage, body therapy, and restorative movement. Her healing sessions draw from techniques such as Thai yoga massage, Sports massage, assisted stretching, postural assessment and intuitive energy work. Each of Rita’s massages is tailored to the needs of her client to address specific issues causing discomfort or disease. Rita is especially attuned to assisting her clients’ bodies to heal from within by bringing balance to the skeletal muscles and energetic pathways to relieve pain and tension.
